A Transformative Experience from Beginning to End
It is Keystone Treatment’s priority to integrate the outpatient team into the admission, treatment, and discharge process.
Our intake staff will walk you and your client through the entire admissions process, and work with you to gather all relevant clinical information to inform our team. Our treatment team will be in contact with the referring therapist, psychiatrist, and dietitian throughout your clients entire stay with us.
An initial call will be made with our team and yours within 24 hours of admission to determine how you would like to be kept updated on your clients progress in treatment. As your client moves closer to discharge, your client will return to your private practice while attending our program to promote continuity of care and follow through on discharge plans.
